Mr. Clifford Hilliard, Jr was born July 5, 1965, in Tampa, FL to parents, Clifford Hilliard, Sr. and Rudine Creal. He attended the schools of Hillsborough County. "Nick", as he was affectionately called.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Hilliard, Sr.; mother, Rudine Creal; maternal grandmother, Helen Williams; paternal grandmother, Evelyn Hilliard.

Nick leaves to cherish precious memories of his one and only daughter, Rashia Wilson; grandchildren, Kaliyah Starling, Charles Fowler and Ju'liyah Johnson; great-grandchildren, Keyon Deville Jr. and Kennedy Deville; sisters, Madalyn Hilliard and Yhura Creal; brother, Terry Johnson, Jr; ; niece Aquira Hall; nephew, Joseph Hall, Jr.; uncles, Wayne, Arthur, Reginald, and Steve (Lucy); aunts, Marion, Vivian, Eddie Mae, Jennifer, Emma, and Leisa; special cousins, Brenda Hilliard, Debra Wilson, Wanda Gail Russell, Charles Russell, Jr., Otis Hilliard, and Stephanie Russell; along with a plethora of other cousins, family members and friends. a special "Thank You" to the entire College Hill family.
