Obituary

Clifford was born on December 10, 1950, in Welborn, Florida, to Millege and Orpie Christian.

He was educated in the public school system of Hillsborough County. He was the 11th child of 16 brothers and sisters. He was employed as a masonry worker and concrete finisher. He was well-known to many as an expert in that field. Later, he became the owner of custom concrete by Cliff, he took great pride in his work. Mr. Christian mentored many people on the 12 steps of life, his passion was helping and watching people grow, under his sponsorship and guidance.As a youth, he was an expert baseball and football player and coach, and an Avid Tampa Bay Buccaneer fan. He loved spending quality time with his nieces and nephews, as well as attending family gatherings. He also frequently attended Kingdom Hall.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Millege and Orpie Christian; brothers, Ugene Sam Ira, Sr., Walter, Frank, Joe, Moses, and Paul Christian; sisters, Marjorie, Landie, and Cora Ann Christian.

He leaves to mourn his passing with his very devoted wife, Denise Christian; sons, Clifford Christian, Jr. (Elise), and Paul Christian; granddaughter, Jade Christian; step-sons, Raymond Hodges (Ketty) and Jonathan Hodges; brother, MC Christian; sisters, Barbara Harris, Beatrice Drew, Carolene Sherman, and Tammie Cleveland (Robert); father-in-law, George Seymore, Sr.; mother-in-law, Dorothy Seymore; brother-in-law, George Seymore, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Richardson, Bronx, NY, Betty Ann Gibbs, Long Island, NY, and Daisy Christian, Fort Lauderdale, FL; nieces, Tereka Bryant (Zarryl), Tashaylee Lawson (Davarus), Kitrina Bearden (Douglas), San Antonio, TX, Lashawnda Chapman (Benjamin), Angela Darlene, Pamela, Sonya, Latoya, Patricia, Theresa, Diedra, Lisa, Karen, Kitrina Lynn, Teresa; nephews, English, Jr., Norman, Jr., Brian, Tavian, Sam, Jr., Ira, Clifford, William, Ricky, Charles, Carnell, and Tony; over 150 great-nieces and nephews; god-daughters, Galaxy and Teahni; special aunt, Marion Raines; cousin, Rose Pettus; special friends, Howard Rich, William Carter, Victor Peterson, and the Sulphur Springs Community; and a host of nieces and nephews from New Jersey and Long Island, NY.
