It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Clifford Tulloch Sr., who peacefully departed this life on July 20, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on August 25, 1942, in St. Catherine, Jamaica, Clifford made Tampa, Florida, his home for more than 30 years. Clifford was the beloved son of the late Allan and Eunice Tulloch.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, George Tulloch, Balford Tulloch, Norman Tulloch, Phillip Tulloch, Lionel Tulloch and Eddie Tulloch; sister, Carmen Tulloch; and his beloved grandson, Fabian Walker.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory his children: Clifford Tulloch, Jr., Cherry Tulloch, Valerie Tulloch, Una Tulloch, Ruby Walker and Christa Tulloch-Wright. He will be forever remembered by his cherished grandchildren: Stacy Ann Anderson, Calier Woodhouse, Kerri Ann Walker, Sheldon Walker, Sherine Skeleton, Dejuan Skeleton, Marlon Pryce, Corey Bedward, Rushell Wright, Kaliyah Wright, Kyle Wright, Kimora Wright, Avadene Heslop, Jevaun Heslop, Jali Heslop, Anthony Walker and Ariane Walker. He is also survived by his loving sisters, Daphne Thompson, Theresa Jackson and Monica Tulloch; brother, Kenneth Tulloch; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends who will miss him dearly. Clifford will be remembered for his quiet strength, love for his family and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him. His kindness, wisdom and unwavering love will forever remain in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
