A Memorial Celebrationfor Mrs. Clydie Mae Harley of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021 will be held on Saturday, July 10th, 10:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Pastor Karieem Webb Sr.,pastor of Heart Of God Family Worship Center, officiating.

Clydie Mae Harley was born October 9, 1935 in Tampa, Florida to the parents of Bryant McCardy and AdelleJones. She was educated in Hillsborough County Public School and retired as a nurse assistant after 30 years from Tampa General Hospital. She was a member of St. John CathedralChurch for over 20 years with her family. Mrs. Harley was a devoted, loving and caringwife, mother, daughter and sister.She is preceded in death by her parents, Adelle Jones and Bryant McCardy; brothers, Jake and Earl Jones; son, Michael Harley Sr.; niece, Marjorie Ann Phillips-Campbell; sisters-in-law, Beatrice Mathis and Deloris Singleton (Edward); brother-in-law, John Brooks and her best friends, Hattie Mae and Frank Stokes.She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her husband of 68 years Jasper Harley; children, Debra Jones and Rufus Harley (Estelita); grandson, Michael Harley (Zalavia); great-granddaughter, Miia Harley; sisters-in-law Gloria Brooks and Josephine Myers; brothers-in-law, Nelson Brooks, Booker T. Brooks (Rozina) and Willie Harley (Betty); nieces, Dr. Yvonne Corppetts (Hezekiah), Yvetta Woodbury, Phyllis Gilliam (Cedric), Deitra Singleton and Wanda Benson (Greg); nephew Clifford Singleton; great-nephew, Wayne Price; cousins, Priscilla Jones and Luvennia Jones; a host of family and friends including, Ruby Brown, Bernard Russell and Stokes Family.

The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
