Consuelo was born March 4, 1979 to Francisco and Gloria Figueroa. She worked at a dentist office and graduated from cosmetology school in Tampa, Florida. Consuelo was 43 years old and led by the Lord to come home to him and rest. She was a member of Allen Temple AME Church in Tampa, Florida. She lived in Tampa for 38 years.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Dixon.

She leaves precious memories with her mother, Gloria Reginal Felton; daughters, Laquinta and Gabriello Figueroa; grandchildren, Luis and Mateo Figueroa; sister, Akiesha Hemmingway (Kofi); brothers, Renardo Nash, Henry and Gregory Green; sister-in-law, Edith Green; nephew, Gregory Green, Jr.; nieces, Zuri and Zujah Green, Majesty and Lourdess Hemmingway; several devoted aunts and cousins, Betty Green, James and Pat Green, Debbie Green, Kim Green and family, Tamika and Eli Black, Doris and Nathaniel Fisher; cousins, Nathaniel Fisher, Jr., Anthony Fisher and wife Lisa and Tony Parks and family, Tyrone Fisher and wife and family, David Fisher, Carolyn Malphus and family Normeatha Malphus and family, Ali Malphus, Gwendolyn Dixon and family, Theresa Dixon and husband and family, Jeremiah Dixon, Cliffetta and son, Diana Wilder; cousins, William, Paul and John Dixon; Joseph Porter and family, Victoria and Shirley McDonald and a host of family and friends.
