Corey, affectionately known as "Coach Corey" was born March 10, 1969, in Tampa Florida, to Catherine and Arthur Turner. He was a loved and well-respected coach for numerous recreation parks. He coached baseball for the Yellow Jackets, AAU, and other sports teams. Corey is preceded in death by his parents; cousins, Tonya Royal and Terrance Johnson (AKA "Juicy"); and grandmother, Dorothy Thomas. He leaves precious memories with children, Cornisha Thomas, Corey Thomas Jr., Eric Brady, Lynisha Thomas, Jacorie Thomas, and Torey Thomas; grandchildren, Terrance McMillian III, Eriana Brady, Malayah Thomas, Terriana Mcmillian, Terrion Mcmillian, Corey Thomas III; brother, Maurice Montgomery; and a host of cousins. He will be greatly missed by all.
