Homegoing Services for Mr. Curtis C. Crapps of Tampa, who passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012, will be held on Saturday, February 4th, 11:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, with Elder Jeremiah Dudley, officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Crapps was born on January 31, 1935 in Shellman, Georgia. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and boating. He was preceded in death by his sister; Gertrude Crowley and son, Curtis J. Crapps. He leaves to cherish his memories with; daughter, Terrie Y. Crecy; son-in-law, Carl Crecy I; grandchildren, Chrishonna Gainey, Carl Crecy II, Terika Crecy and Terry L. Crecy; great grandchildren, Integra Gainey, Naiya Crecy, Legend Gainey, Makhaia Daniels, Ta' Nasia Daniels, Zhamariah Crecy, Carl E. Crecy III and Londen Carson; sister, Susie Mae Crapps; nieces, Sara McCoy and Ethel Henry; and a host of other relatives and friends. The viewing will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday from 5-8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
