'An Angel Has Earned Her Wings' Cynthia A. Singleton Blair was born December 08, 1952 to the union of the late Henry Singleton and Bertha L. Bogan Singleton in Tampa, Florida. She was educated in the public school system of Hillsborough County, graduating from Middleton High School, class of '70. Continuing her education at Hillsborough Community College and Florida A&M University, graduating with her bachelor's degree in Sociology.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Bertha Singleton and nephew, James Davenport, Jr. Cynthia transitioned on March 11, 2021 at home. She leaves her loving memories with her daughter, Lundria Blair (Melvin); grandchildren, Jaleesa Blair, Melvin Blair, Jr., Melisa Blair and Melvina Blair; great-grandchildren, Alivia Bryant and Mason Bryant; brother, Henry Singleton (Constance); sister, Dorothy Bogan; aunt, Sara Bogan; nieces, Voletta Bogan-Brown (John), Aletha Rumley and Casandra Tutt (Robert) and a host of other family.
