Obituary

Ms. Cynthia Michelle Hicks, aka, "Chee-Chee" was born on September 1, 1972, to the parentage of Michael Hicks and Loretta Starks Hicks in Tampa, Florida.

Ms. Hicks was educated in the School District of Hillsborough County. She loved children and for several years was employed in the HOST Program at Sheehy Elementary which was an afterschool program for students in Hillsborough County. The program assisted families that needed supervised assistance for their children before and after school. During family gatherings at her beloved grandmother Cottie Mae Starks residence on Highway 301, she always made sure that the children were first in line when food was being served. Everyone admired her for the love she had for the little ones.

After serving for several years in the Host program, she became gainfully employed as an assistant manager at the Taco Bell Fast Food Restaurant in Riverview, Florida. She enjoyed family gatherings, traveling, and vacationing at Air B and Bs in Orlando and Daytona Beach Florida, especially on the Fourth of July.
