A Homegoing Memorial for Mr. Damon Delbon Speights 'Damo' who passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2020 will be held on March 28th, 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Pastor Eric Edmonds, officiating. Damon was born in Tampa, Florida on May 9, 1991 in Tampa, Florida to John Jerome Speights and Pamela Dricilla Louis Speights. He enjoyed rapping, basketball, spending time with his family and playing video games. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Johnnie Pearl Groomes; great grandmother, Ruby Lee Martin, Pearlie Hicks and younger brother, Jontreeal Speights. He leaves to cherish his fond and loving memories with his children, DaeJon Speights, Damoni Speights and Jakayla Speights; parents, John Jerome Speights, Jr. (Tina) and Pamela Driscilla Speights; grandparents, Ruby Speights (James) and James Speights, Sr.; siblings, JaNae, Ruby, JonTavia, Carrol (Rawelinda), John III, Yyona, Ja'Shondra, Rickia, Jared, Lil John, Rodney, Shaq, Marquic, JonRodney, Raeshon, Kevin Shmontrey, Jontray, Derrick, Maurice, Tyquonna, Tyrone, DonDon, Jasmine, Jontavious, Jonbanique, John V, Shaniya and a host of other siblings; favorite cousins, Jerome, Jr., Roneca Speights and Ashley (Brandon); mother of his children, Dernesha Clark; special friend, Diamond Bolden; nephews, Charles (Tink), Jaron (Bun), Jon'Keyce (Keyce) and Khali (Unko); nieces, Rahneshia (Fat Fat), Lamiya (MeMya), Jayde (Mama) and a host of other nieces and nephews; uncles, Jerome Speights, Billy Finn, Damon Womack, Jason and Gabriel; great uncles, Billy Louis, Richard Louis and Alvin Sterling; auntS, Michelle, Donella, Priscila and Indria; great aunts, Rennae, Rose, JoAnn, Debra and a host of other family members and friends.
