Homegoing service for Da'Nessa J'Nai Gadson of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014, will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015, 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Earl C. Kelly, officiating. The interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Da'Nessa was born October 3, 1989 in Tampa, Florida. Da'Nessa was an honor roll student when she attended Chamberlain High School she graduated in the class of 2009. She loved God first and enjoyed doing nail care, singing in the choir, telling jokes, and drawing artwork. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ivan and Naomi Bruce; great uncles, Michael Bruce and Howard Gadson and uncle, Henry J. Gadson. She leaves fond and loving memories with special great aunt, mother and father, Gregory and Carol Frazier Gadis; mother, Sheila A. Gadson; grandmother, Shirley M. Gadson; brothers, Daryl Gadson and Earl G. Grant; aunt, Marlene Gadson; great aunts, special aunt, JoAnn Dunkley (Earl), Patsy Gadsden, Debra Scott (Richard) and Naomi Bruce; great uncles, Joseph Bruce and Keith Bruce (Renee); cousin, Rita Rhanes;; special cousin, Twila Johnson; and a host of other family and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, January 2nd. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
