A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Darlene Beck Young passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 will be held on Saturday, February 6th, 1:00 p.m., at Anointed Word Church, 1709 St. Joseph, Pastor Harper, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Ms. Darlene Beck Young was a native of Tampa and Miami, Florida. She was educated and attended a host of Miami Florida schools. Ms. Darlene Beck Young was preceded in death by her parents, James Beck and Claretha Young; daughter, Natalie Beck and brother-in-law, Muhummad Abdullas. Her memory will be cherished by devoted grands and great-grands, LaEva Beck, Treshawn Williams, Paris, London, Robert Jr., and Rontavious; her devoted siblings, Deborah Abdullah, Autric Young, Christine Young, Antionette Young, Cynthia Butler, Ester Butler, Reginald Butler, Yolanda Gipson, Bridgette Mackey, Alton Gipson, Joyce Christopher, Gloria Smith, Vann Burgess, Danjrial Beck, Cheowanna Beck and Marilyn; god-sister, Rachael and Aubree; a host of nephews, nieces and cousins.

The visitation will be at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, February 5th from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
