Deborah, affectionately "Ms. Dee" aka "Grandma Dee" was born on January 19, 1952, in Tampa, FL., to Robert Gould and Lavern Collins. She loved working in her garden, cooking great meals for her family in the kitchen and grill. She enjoyed shopping at her discount stores, loved watching the Home and Garden network, and was an avid reader. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and especially teaching her girls how to cook.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Gould and Lavern Collins; brother, Eddie Collins, Jr.; sister, Linda Collins; and niece, Shakeima Simmons.

She leaves precious memories with her children, Jamel Markes (Tesha) and Stoel Markes, Jr. (Nakita); grandchildren, Janae Markes, Jatia Markes, Ava Markes, Asia Markes, Sha'king Markes, and Jameela Markes; extended grandchildren, Garritt Williams, Victoria Williams, and Cameron Williams; brother, Derrick Norton; sister, Peaches Gould; nephews, Derrick Norton, Troy Collins, Marquis Norton, Kaheem Collins, Tieler Norton, and Trenton Norton; niece, Unique Norton; grandnephews; Mykel Whaley, Chaz Simmons, Jr., Chase Simmons, Micah Collins, Lance Norton, and Roman Norton; grandnieces, Sydney Simmons, Summer Simmons, Sky Simmons, Priscilla Norton, Zamiah Collins, Kalecia Collins, and Keila Collins; a host of cousins; extended love ones, April Mack and family; god family; Leslie Sheridan, Marsha and Ellis Corey, and lil Leslie; and a host of other relatives and friends.
