Ms. Debra Ann Jones was born March 28, 1953, in Tampa, Florida, to her parents, Jasper Harley and Clydie Mae Harley. She was educated in Hillsborough County Public Schools and graduated from C. Leon King High School. She had a long and successful career in retail and sales, working at prominent department stores such as: Maas Brother's, Burdines, and Dillard's. She accumulated over 30 plus years of experience in various positions within these companies.

She was preceded in death by; mother, Mrs. Clydie Mae Harley; brother, Michael Harley, Sr.; grandparents, Adelle Jones, Bryant McCardy, Ella Green Harley and Clifford Harley.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: father, Jasper Harley; brother, Rufus Harley (Estelita); nephew, Michael Harley Jr. (Zalavia); great-nieces, Miia and Maee Harley; aunts, Gloria Brooks and Josephine Myers; uncles, Nelson Brooks, Booker T. Brooks (Rozina), and Willie Harley (Betty); cousins, Dr. Yvonne Jones Corppetts (Hezekiah), Yvetta Woodbury, Phyllis Gilliam (Cedric), Deitra Singleton, Wanda Benson (Greg), Clifford Singleton, Priscilla Jones, and Luvennia Jones; along with a host of family and friends including, Ruby Brown, Bernard Russell and Stokes Family.
