A Homegoing graveside celebration for Mrs. Delores Adams Myers of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017 will be held Saturday, June 17th at 11:30 a.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave, Rev. Shafter Scott, officiating. Delores was born in Tampa, Florida to the late Isaac Adams and Neomia Brown. She was baptized at the age of 10 at Greater Bethel Baptist Church where she was a member until her demised. She attended the schools of Hillsborough County. Delores (Dee) was preceded in death by her parents and a loving husband, Herbert of 48 years. She leaves fond memories with her 4 sons, 10 grandchildren, brother, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Her wish was that God continue to love and bless every one of you. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, June 16th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the graveside on Saturday for the service.
