A Homegoing Celebration for Dietra Sheffiled Thompson of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Wednesday June 10, 2020 will be held Saturday, June 27, 12:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Michael Neely, officiating. Dietra Sheffiled was born in Tampa, Florida on August 29, 1977 to the parents of late Willie Sheffiled and Delores Sheffiled as a young child Dietra believed in God, her faith and Christian living were demonstrated in her devotion to her family, church and throughout the Community. She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Sheffield. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her 5 children, Alfonso Jordan, Jr., Dominque Jordan, Keith Simpson, Shanequa Dunbar, Markevis Sheffield; 10 grandchildren; mother, Delores Sheffield; 2 sisters, Christine Munn and Angeline Sheffield; 2 brothers, Willie Green and Davon Sheffield; 10 nieces and nephews; a host of other family and friends that will miss her. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday June 26th, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
