Homegoing service for Mr. Donald Crecy, who passed away on Monday, September 16, 2013, will be held on Saturday, September 21st, 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, with Elder, Rodney Crecy, officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Donald Crecy was born November 30, 1956 in Fayetteville, NC to Sally Crecy. He attended public schools in Hillsborough County. Donald accepted Christ in his life and was baptized. Donald shared a passion and love for cooking, and was a dedicated employee at Steak 'n Shake for 12 years. Donald was preceded in death by his grandmother, Eliza Crecy. Cherishing his memories is a loving and devoted mother, Sally Wells; stepfather, Willie Wells; a loving daughter, Laukisha Crecy (Mark); two sons, Brian Holloway and Corey Donnell; three loving sisters; Evelyn Williams (Joseph),Winifred Crecy-Williams (Bernard), and Beverly Crecy (Charlette); two devoted brothers; Carl Crecy (Terrie), Rodney Crecy (Diane); nine grandchildren; Antoinio Smith, Antwan Smith, Alayah Smith, Bri'Nesha Holloway, Briana Holloway, Markeya Joyner, Winter Donnell, Ke'Mauriya Joyner, Corven Donnell; one great grandson; Antonio Jr.; aunt, Brenda Godwin (Harvey) of Fayetteville, NC; cousin, Michael Crecy (Yolanda) of Nashville, TN; and numerous cousins of Fayettville, NC; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, friends and associates. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, September 20th, from 5-8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service
