Duran was born on May 27, 1977, to Anthony and Mary Bell, in Tampa, Florida. Duran was the youngest of five children. He worked as a Journeyman Lineman for TECO and at Local Union 222, as a contractor for multiple companies.
He was preceded in death by grandparents; Matthew Fordoms, Queen Vashti Fordoms, Emmanuel Bell, and Flora Mae Davis; brother, Anthony" Tony" Bell; uncles, Sylvester Fordoms, Rudolph "Rudy" Fordoms, Hiram Fordoms, Rudolph Garrette; aunts, Patricia Walker, Emogene Mitchell and Estelle Bell Bowens.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his devoted wife, Erica Bell; children, Duran Bell, Jr., Zarious Bell, Durnecia Bell, granddaughter; Paige Bell, parents; Anthony and Mary Bell, brothers; Darrell Bell (Artensie), Sean Bell (Darlene), Kevin Bell (Tia), uncles; Albert "Chappy" Fordoms (Deborah), Gerard "Jerry" Fordoms, and Emmanuel Bell, Jr., aunts; Sarah Lee, Esther "Teasa" Billups, Eunice Collins, and Barbara Cobb (Johnny Lee), nephews; Sean Bell II, Pedro Rodriguez, Tay Hayes, and Clarence Berrian; nieces, Elicia Joyner, Latiya Bell, Courtney Bell, Nykia Bell, Kenya Bell, Keyana Bell, Kimmtera Bell, Darquita Bell, Dyonna Johnson, BrookLynn Hatcher, BryLee Hatcher, Brittany (BritBrat) Berrian, and Talia Hayes; in-laws; Tammi Wilds, and Bryan Hatcher; and a host of cousins, relatives, work colleagues, and friends.
