Earl was born on August 3, 1975, in Tampa Florida. He attended Hillsborough County Public schools, graduating from Jefferson High School, 1993, and University of South Florida. He was employed with Hercules Sealing Products as an inventory control analyst, International and Domestic. "PJ, AKA Onyx Dragon", enjoyed Star Wars and a host of other interests, including music, art, a lifelong learner, and an absolute gamer. Loving and kind, and exhibiting his best, he always brought out the best in those he knew and loved.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn L Thornton; father, Earl T. Williams; grandparents, Lillie Mae Baker and Jonathan Thornton; Nellie B. and Willie F. Smith; uncle, Rudolph Thornton, Henry Baker; aunts and uncles, Helen, and George Baker; and Barbara and Robert Keaton.

He leaves behind to cherish his loving memories, devoted and loving sisters Cheryl Denice Williams-Sun and Eartha Victoria Williams-Cole; stepmother, Vanessa S. Williams; brother-in-law, Frank Sun; nephews, Logan Shou-wei Sun, Tyce Earl and Colyne Cole; aunts and uncles, Carolyn (Alfred) Thompson, Nancy Williams, and Sara (John) Holley; cousins, Alfred Thompson, Cecily, Keisha, Nikita, Myron, Alicia, Kevin, Reginald, Raymond Jr., Gerald, Debra, Christopher Williams, Baron, Niah, Branae, Nathan Hillard, Helga Terrell, Ajisode Adetutu (Ericka), and Deandra Adams; Dragons, Micah Jones (Taz), Chris Brown (Chaos), Thomas Mitcham (Ryoga); treasured and cherished family and friends, and beloved co-workers at Leslie Inc and Hercules Sealing Products.
