A Homegoing Memorial Celebration for Mr. Earl Henry Roberts "Pete", who passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022, will be held on Friday, July 29, 2022,11:00 a.m., at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Rev. Eric Gallmon, officiating.

Earl was born on June 26, 1941, in Tampa, Florida to Joseph and Julia Roberts. His favorite activities were playing golf, listening to music, and watching all sports channels.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Julia Roberts.

He leaves precious memories with his wife of 59 years, Dolores Penalver Roberts "Pie"; children, Deena Kinsey and Earl Roberts, Jr. "Chucky"; grandchildren, Anthony, Taylor, Christian, Joseph, and Kylyn Roberts, Jessica, Jordan, and Jansen Kinsey; great-grandchildren, Kraig McPherson, Jr., DeNiro Feride, Nikolai Hartman, and Kameron Williams; brother, Ralph Roberts (Pamela); sisters, Alice Roberts, Olivia Hamilton (Alfred), Verna Warren (Leonard), and Tia Rodriguez (Caleb); brother-in-law, Evelio Penalver (Kim); and a host of other family and friends who will dearly miss him. The family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home on Friday for the service. We are following CDC guidelines.
