Mr. Eddie Lee Jackson of 2450 E. Hillsborough Avenue passed away June 30, 2010. A private family gathering was held on Friday, July 2nd, at Aikens Funeral Home. Mr. Jackson enjoyed watching football and basketball. He was a man who meant what is said when talking. He was preceded in death by his father, Webster Jackson and brother, Robert Jackson. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving family, daughter, Sophia Jackson; mother, Lottie Mae Jackson; grandchild, Andy Javen Phillips Jr.; a host of cousins, nieces and nephews; special niece, Rozena Williams and son-in-law, Marcus D. Cromartie; a host of others who will miss him.
