A homegoing celebration for Mr. Eduardo R. Godfrey 'Lil Daryl' of Tampa, Florida who passed away on July 17, 2017 will be held Saturday, July 29th, 11:00 a.m. at The Center for Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Ave., Apostle Mark T. Jones, pastor with Apostle Al Gallon, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Eduardo 'Lil Daryl' R. Godfrey was born on December 7, 1989 in Tampa, FL. Eduardo attended school in Hillsborough County, where he received his GED. Eduardo was full of life, he loved to make jokes and spend time with family and friends. Eduardo was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gwendolyn Godfrey and cousin, Monica Jones. He leaves to cherish his memories children Jeremiah, Monica and Mark Godfrey; mother, Sylvia Godfrey; father, Mark Moore (Tawanda); grandparents, Annice Richardson, Virginia Glover and James Moore (Margaree); brothers, Mark Jr., Malik and Tyreese Moore and Dante Houston; sister, Kierra Reed; nephews, Brylon Reed, Dante Houston, Jr.; niece, Aubree Houston; uncles, David Godfrey, Frederick Godfrey (Sheryl), Walter Godfrey (Valerie) and Michael Glover; aunts, Angelina Smith (Charles), Felicia Godfrey, Kimberly Godfrey, Joyce Ann Austin (John), Nicole Farquharson (Darrick) and Angela Rodgers; cousins, Jason, Jarvis and Latoya Russ, Charles Smith, Jr., Zanda Matthews, Malik Williams, Jermaine, Courtney, Brittany, Emare, Jamila, and Chaviera Godfrey, Mikeyta Glover, Michelle Glover (Tony) Ariyon Rodgers, Diamond Moore, Tyler and Taylor Quick and Darrick Farquharson, Jr.; godmother, Chantel Dukes; a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends during the wake (closed casket) at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, July 28th from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church (closed casket) on Saturday for the service.
