Ekanga
Lokalema
January 1, 1995 – January 21, 2026
Ms. Ekanga Lokalema, affectionately known as Natasha, was born on January 1, 1995, in Uvira, Democratic Republic of Congo, in Central Africa to Ange Kalume and Massudi Lokalema. Natasha was a bright and cheerful soul whose presence brought warmth to everyone around her. She had a love for conversation and could easily light up a room with her words and laughter. Her joyful spirit and friendly nature made her someone people naturally gravitated toward.
She received her high school diploma from Ambassadors School. Natasha later went on to work at Amazon and Heat Promotion, demonstrating dedication and a strong work ethic.
Among the simple joys that made her smile, Natasha especially loved yogurt; a small but memorable detail that those close to her will always remember with affection. Natasha's life, though too brief, was filled with warmth, laughter, and connection. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched. She leaves cherished memories to her brothers, Massudi Lokalema and Albin Lokalema; sisters, Feza Ndowa, Safi Ndowa, Okako Lokalema and Nadia Lokalema; and other family members; Furaha Veronifux, Daviol Ngabu, Riziki Lokalema, Suzana Lokalema, Ange Kitenge and Safi Kitenge.
