Ms. Eline Jean-Charles was born September 27, 1982 to Marie Genie Jean-Charles in Cabaret, Haiti. She enjoyed going to church, praying, cooking, and cleaning.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Eline Jean-Charles. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her loving children, Layneyly Etienne, Sebastien Steven Privat, and Mavensly Mike Privat; brother, Valcine Joseph Rivelino; sisters, Gabriel Eloune Jean-Charles, Natacha Valcine Eloi, Miryam Dureille Jean-Pierre, and Remamde Valcine; aunt, Marie Loriston; nieces, Leblanc Marie Francesca, Eloinahara Gabriel, Mirline Jean-Pierre, Michelle Cadet, Isia Cadet, and Iana Cadet; nephews, Eloi Pierre Kervens, Watson Jean-Pierre, Mark Steve Valcine, Olemps Gabriel.
