Eloise was born on April 19, 1941, to John and Allean Lowe. She loved traveling, "the world was her oyster".

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Allean Lowe; brothers, Nathaniel Baker, Alfred Parks, Eddie, Freddie, and Willie Lowe; husband, Danny Crump; daughters, Rhonda Mond and Denise Crump; nephew, Terryl Collins, Sr.; nieces, Fredricka Jackson and Kathy Lowe.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory: daughters, Deborah Lowe and Denea Crump; son, Alphonso Lewis (Angela); grandchildren, Javon Kitchen, Jr., Demaris McQueen, Teanna Dixon, Dyrell Dixon, and Cyeria Denson; great grandchildren, Travis Farley, Jr., O'Zaryia Norwood, Tre'on Bowens, Kenneth Denson, Ja'Leal Moore, Zakiya Moore, Joseph Jackson, Jr., Amun Dixon and Jamirah Kitchens; brothers, Robert E.
