Emma Jean Houser was born to late Eugene and Mattie Houser in Tampa, Florida on May 02, 1956. She attended Hillsborough County Schools. She met love of her life Rudolph Mingo Jr. in Tampa Florida. She retired from Maas Brother after 22yrears of dedicated services as housekeeper. She was devoted to her family and on July 13, 2026 God called our loving mother Emma Houser home Well done thy good and faithful servant.

She was preceded in death by her husband Rudolph Mingo, Parent Eugene and Mattie Houser, brother Charles Houser, Winifred Harris, Willie Harris, Goldie Harris, George Harris, sister, Sandra Houser, Margerie Weldon, Matilda Kenon.

She leaves to cherish her daughter, Mattie Mingo Blue (Victor), son, Rudolph Mingo, daughters Sabrina Green, Crystal Harris all of Tampa, Florida. Brother Freddie Harris (Gentia), sister Rita Harris all of Tampa, Florida. Grandchildren, Akeem Wright, Antionio Mingo, Rodeshia Mingo Willis (Astley) Dominique Green, Lorenzo Green IlI (Alexandra) Mahlijah Johnson, Kamron Mingo; Great-grandchildrens, Lorenzo Green IV, Alexander Green, Austyn Willis, Aston Willis, Kadence Johnson, Ma'liyah Johnson, Amelo Mack;
