Erika Chrishonna Lewis was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She graduated from King High School with a 3.8. Erika, later, began her job in the medical field and never looked back. Erika enjoyed reading, shopping and reality t.v. Erika also enjoyed being a shoulder to lean on and giving advice to those who needed it. Erika loved to be spoiled but she also loved to spoil her family. Erikas most important hobby was just being around her boys, Kayden King and Nasir King a.k.a "Mr. steal your girl" as she would say. Erika and her sister Felicia Addison were adjoined at the hip and were inseparable. Erika even gained a bonus sister along her journey, Tamika Mongo. Erika adored her brother, Derrick Anderson, with everything she had and loved her brother-in-law, Jay Franklin, who she believed could fix any and everything. Erika was devoted to her love, Kareem King and most importantly, her beautiful mother. Erika loved her mother Shirley Ann Anderson beyond what the eye could see.

Erika left us peacefully on March 15, 2024. Erika now joins and rests with her loving grandparents, Mr. Willie James and Catherleen Anderson and beautiful aunts. Erika is survived by her two sons, her blessings and her miracles, Kayden King and Nasir King; mother, Shirley Ann Anderson; sister, Felicia Addison, (her best friend); brother, Derrick Anderson; bonus sister, Tamika Mongo; brother-in-law Jay Franklin, godmothers, Sherry Harris and Charlotte Posas. Erika also leaves behind to cherish her memories, a loving aunt and uncles, many cousins and devoted and loving friends.
