Erma was born on August 15, 1956, in Tampa, FL., to Leroy Mitchell and Wyolene Chambers. She loved cooking and socializing with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wyolene Jenkins; stepfather, Robert L. Jenkins; first-husband, Henry Jacobs; brothers, Ronald Chambers and Leroy Mitchell, Jr. and sister, Kathy Wimbley. She leaves precious memories with her husband, Alvin C. Livingston; brothers, Robert Lee Jenkins, Jr. (Maria) and Maurice Chavlier Jenkins; sisters, Queen Norma Jenkins (Jimmie) and Constance Louise Belin (Algernon). She was loved and cherished by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a wealth of cousins and friends.
