Homegoing Service for Mrs. Ethel Mae Chapman Williams of Tampa who passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013 will be held Saturday March 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Chapel A.M.E Church, 2615 E. Chipco Street, Pastor James Crews, officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Ethel Mae was born on March 8, 1944 in Tampa, FL. She was a loving person and lived life to the fullest. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Inell and Frank Chapman; 3 sisters, Frankie Jones, Doris Monts and Doretha Sams and brother, Willie Frank Chapman. Ethel Mae leaves to cherish her memories with two sisters, Faye Mosley and Fern Alexander and husband, Lonnie; Four brothers, Johnnie Chapman, Manuel Chapman and wife, Gloris, Tyre Chapman and wife, Eunice and Joe Chapman; aunt, Rosa Lee Baker (Matriarch of Family); loving niece, Shirley Moore; nieces, Carroll Williams, Andrea Proctor, Janiece Williams, Shawn Jones, Michelle Powell, Furn Washington, Willie T. Sams, Paulette McCullar, Margaret Sams, Gloria Sams and Bionca Chapman; nephews, Otis Williams Sr., Wilbert Williams, Lloyd Williams, James Lumpkin, Eddie Jones Jr., Lewis Lee, Zethro Monts, Johnny F. Lee, Arthur Sams, Marko Chapman, Manuel D. Chapman, Aaron Mosley, Jr. and Alan T. Ferrell; cousins, Sylvia Myrick, Haley Baker of Kenntucky, Shirley Baker and Jerome Thomas; best friend, Ann; and a host of other relatives and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, March 1st from 5 to 8 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
