Euthar was born in Americus, Georgia to the late Johnny Brown and Arrie Harvey on July 10, 1941. Euthar moved to Rochester, New York and then moved to Tampa, Florida in 1959. She was a graduate of Middleton High School. Euthar was currently employed at Robles Park Daycare Center. She was a kind and caring person who loved to have cookouts and family gatherings.

Euthar Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Smith and son Eugene Robertson.

She is survived by children; Darmartie (Doris) Epps, Tyrone, David, Arrie, Annette and Beatrice (Joe) Smith; grandchildren, Carlos Epps, Horatio (Takiea) Wright, Jamar Epps, Mario, Danario, Anthony Smith, David Smith Jr., David Smith III, Kevin Robinson, Victoria Epps Johnson, Sade, Takara, Davara Smith, Clarissa Williams, Deneisha and Jackie Smith, and a host of other relatives and friends.
