A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Evelyn Maud Atkinson of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2020 will be held Saturday, July 25th, 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Pastor S. Evan Burrows, officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Evelynwas born January 7, 1934 in Darliston, Jamaica. She attended First Baptist Church of College Hill. She had a passion for gardening and flowers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Atkinson.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories;four daughters, Paulette, Jennifer,Paula and Courtney; two sons, Dwight and Clive; 20 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren; a sister, Dotlin Fowler and afriend, Shammi and her family. The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.
