Evelyn Breedlove, born October 2, 1941, in Savannah, Georgia, peacefully passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion to family. Evelyn was a dedicated housekeeper who served many prominent families throughout the Tampa and Sarasota areas. She took great pride in her work and was known for her reliability, warmth, and attention to detail. Beyond her profession, Evelyn had a vibrant spirit—she loved to sing, enjoyed attending church, and found great joy in cooking for her loved ones. She was deeply family-oriented and cherished every moment spent with those she held dear. In her leisure time, she also enjoyed riding motorcycles, embracing life with both passion and freedom.
She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Albert Breedlove; daughter, Mary Magdalene; parents, Roosevelt Napier and Mamie Whitcard; brothers, Alvin Napier and Isaac White; her first husband, Billie Breedlove; and her second husband, Theron Charles.
Evelyn leaves cherished memories to her loving sons, Marvin Breedlove (Otha Evans) and Roscoe Breedlove; grandchildren, Keith Breedlove (Rhonda), Marvin Breedlove (Monique), Victoria Breedlove, and Denzel Breedlove; nieces and nephews, Sheryl Harris (Johnny), Robin Napier (Linda), Dorothy Wilson, along with a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly. Her life was a testament to resilience, love, and faith, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
