Mrs. Evelyn P. Lucas was born on February 21, 1945, to Opal Bulter.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Opal Bulter; husband, Andrew Lucas; brother, Ray Johnson, Jr.; granddaughter, Jarretta Whittaker; nephew, Terrance Johnson; aunt, Lillian Taylor; uncle, Bill Taylor.

She leaves to cherish her memories: children, Brenda Riascos, Clarence Marshall (Jacquelyn), Michael Bellamy, Harvey Linen and Tamari Lucas; grandchildren, George Smith, Shemetria Marshall-Harris (Joseph), Michael Palmer and Jarell Gaston; brothers, Hir Graham and Robert Lee Jackson (Lillian); sister, Mary Bellamy (Kenny); thirty-three great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
