Obituary

Homegoing Celebration for Sister Fannie Lue Biggs Agee of Tampa, Florida who passed away, Wednesday, January 27, 2016 will be held Saturday, February 6th, 11:00 a.m. at Grace Mary Missionary Baptist Church, 3901 N. 37th Street, pastor as eulogist with Elder Richard Wright, officiating. The interment will be in Garden of Memories. Sister Fannie Lue Biggs Agee began her life journey on February 3, 1932 in Faunsdale, Alabama to the late Lewis Biggs and LueBertha Junious. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Ennis Agee, Jr. and son, Ennis Agee III. She was the third oldest of fourteen children. She grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and later married and moved to Florida in 1965. Sister Agee United with Grace Mary M.B. Church, under the leadership of Elder Dr. Thomas J. Reed in 1984 and served faithfully, as a member of choir number I, the Senior Mission Ministry, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and the Bible Study ministry. Sister Agee was employed by Alafia Group Home as a Direct Aid Assistant until she retired. She unconditionally loved everyone and loved to cook. She loved everyone with the love of God and no one was a stranger to her. She had a smile that would light up the room. Sister Agee was called to be with the Lord on January 27, 2016. Another angel on earth gone to heaven. She leaves to cherish unforgettable memories and enormous amounts of love with her children, Jimmy, Shirley, Shelia, Terry, Jackie and Mark Agee; grandchildren, Demetra, Taketha, Laundria, Nia, Niyell, Keyuanna, Shakari, Rachel, Brandon, Joshua, Jared, Jordan Yazi, Omary and Shaniqua Agee, Lennox Duggans, Jr. and Jonathan Baldwin; brothers, James Biggs (Eloise) and Lewis Biggs III (Mary); sisters, Lueida Haywood (Tom), Annie Lee Green (Harry), Mary Collins (Willie), Bertha Stubbs (George), Betsy Person (Harold), Alyce Parker (James), Mozella Randle (Irvin), Beola Perry (Matthew), Hattie Charleston (Elisah),Louise Johnson (William) of Birmingham, Alabama; sister-in-law, Marcia Agee; friend, Josephine Spivey and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, February 5th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
