Fannie was affectionately known by her family as "Angel".

She was born on November 19, 1970, in Tampa, Florida, to James Wimbush and Violet Arnold. She enjoyed dancing, listening to music, playing with her teddy bears, and loved being around her family and friends. She was raised by her devoted aunt, Sandra, whom she looked to as her mom.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Wimbush and Violet Arnold. She leaves precious memories with her devoted aunt/mom, Sandra Jean Arnold; brothers, Samuel Arnold, Orrin Arnold, Jay Arnold, Willie Wimbush, James Wimbush, Jr., and Robert Wimbush; sisters, Theresa Wimbush, Mary Wimbush, and Pat Wimbush; aunts, Millie Green, and Robert Rick; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
