Fayleen was born on January 29, 1961, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Doris Roper Jackson. Fayleen accepted Christ at an early childhood age. She attended public schools in Ft Lauderdale and then transferred to finish schooling in Hillsborough County. Fayleen lived a life of adventure. Carefree and worry free not allowing pressures of the world to keep her down.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Roper Jackson; grandparents, James and Alice Bowers; aunt, Julie Bowers; and uncle, Ronald Hill.

She leaves to cherish her fondest memories with her devoted husband, Otis Troupe; brothers, James Levell, Michael Levell, and Ronald D. Hill; aunts, Sandra Cofer, DyeRhonda M. Garrett (Rudy), Joann M. Bowers, Ethel Bowers, Chanitta Lynwood, and Sharon Bostick; uncles, Darryl Bowers, James E. Bowers, Jr. (Anissa), Alfred Bowers (Pam), and Sylvester Bowers; niece, Naya Levell; nephews, James and Jason Levell; cousins, Steve Bowers, Shametriss Baldwin, Devena Mills, Demetrius Bowers, Arthur Hill, Jessika Bowers, Zantwan Baldwin, Zerrick Porter, Monty Bostick, Frank Edwards, Zavanghnte Porter, Keith (Doreka) Barnum, Louvena Cromartie, BeaTrice (Edgar) Rivera, Ahsha Bowers, Queennae George, Juliee Bowes, Javar Garrett, Damari Bowers, James Bowers III; and a host of other sorrowing and grieving family and friends.
