Ferrante was born on January 23, 1977, to Kenneth and Katheryn Oates. Ferrante graduated high school in June 1995 from the International School of Stavanger in Norway. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in April 2008 from the University of Phoenix. He has worked at T-Mobile for 22+ years. He enjoyed golf and road trips with his wife and children. Ferrante always had a sense of humor throughout his life. He cracked jokes, made fun of us trying to sing and tried to help some with their sneaker game. He would lend an ear and shoulder to others without thinking. With his sense of humor, calmness, and ability to make other people smile, he will be missed by all.

Preceded in death by his father, Kenneth B. Oates; mother, Katheryn M. Oates; uncle, Tony Worrell; grandmothers, Mary Oates and Ruth Worrell and grandfather, Augustus Oates.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Pamela Worrell; children, Tatiana Worrell and Jalisa Worrell; brothers, Kenneth Bernard Oates, Jr. and Marcus Bernard Green; sisters, Vonnetta Oates and LaWanda Earley; niece, LaKera Earley; nephews, Samari Demarion Oates and Keron Tremayne Earley and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones, and cherished friends. The family and friends are asked to meet at Mt. Calvary Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4902 N 40th St, Tampa, FL 33610, on April 30th. The viewing is at 11:00 and service will start at 12:00.
