Frank E. Brown was born on April 19, 1952, to the late Peter Brown and Catherine Norman, peacefully entered into rest, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Throughout his life, Frank was known for his warm spirit, easy smile, and the joy he found in life's simple pleasures. He especially loved watching sports and spending quiet days fishing—pastimes that brought him comfort, excitement, and connection with the people he loved.

Frank leaves to cherish his memory his devoted daughter, Lisa Cash (Patrick); his loving grandchildren, Antonio, Patrick Jr., Dimitri, Kalena (Joel), and Shamar Cash; and his precious great-grandchildren, Zion, Nas, Eliyah, Dimitri Jr., Patrick III, Shakeria, Isaiah, and Aubrey Cash. He is also survived by his sister, Tammie Green; his cousin, Annie Joe; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts.

Frank's life was a gift to all who knew him. His memory will continue to live on through the stories shared, the lessons he taught, and the love he freely gave.
