Frank, affectionately nicknamed, "Moon", was born on October 29, 1962, in Tampa, Florida, to Frank L. Everett and Annie E. Johnson. His favorite activities were playing dominos, grilling, and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank L. Everett; son, Rodney J. Everett; paternal grandparents, Simon and Annie Everett; maternal grandparents, Luther L. and Annie C. Johnson; and brother, Clayton L. Everett.

He leaves precious memories with his wife, Consuela Everett; children, Frank L. Everett (Tampa), Ebony Everett (St. Pete), Shayla Daughtry (Seffner), and Calah Daughtry (Seffner); grandchildren, Raquel Everett, Rodney J. Everett, and Raliyah Everett of Tampa; brother, Ronald E. Everett of Seffner; sisters, Patty Alexander (Matthew) of Tampa, and Linda Everett-Edwards (Isaac) of Lutz; aunt, Annie Valdez, of Tampa; nieces, Comaneci Greco (Frank), Kasha Alexander, and Cislyn Edwards; great-niece, Giselle Gilmore; niece-in-law, Jazlyn and Jansje Gadson, Kezia Otis, Justyce and Jaiya Griffin, and Jordyn Otis; nephews, Matthew Alexander, Jr., Isaac Edwards, Jr., and Joshua Edwards; great-nephews, Khimani Gilmore and Giovanni Greco; nephews-in-law, Jairus and Javan Gadson, and Paul Otis, Jr.; Godbrothers, Isaac Gallmon and Solomon Johnson; best friends, Glenn Baker and Anthony Bell (Amp); mother-in-law, Lonnie Mae Otis, of Seffner; sister-in-law, Rashawn Gadson (Olson), of Riverview; brothers-in-law, Joseph Otis (Chantell) and Paul Otis (Beverly), of Riverview; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
