Homegoing services for Mr. Frank Douglas Yates, Jr. "Doug" of Tampa, who passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2013, will be held Saturday, April 13th, 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th Street, Pastor Evan Burrows, Sr. with Rev. Christopher Jarnegan, eulogist. Frank Douglas Yates, Jr. was born February 22, 1962 in Tampa, Florida to the late Frank D. Yates, Sr. and Dorothy L. Yates. Frank attended the local schools of Hillsborough County. He coached at Belmont Heights Little League for the past 8 years. He enjoyed helping others and his favorite past times were fishing and playing dominoes with his friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Nancy Yates. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home Friday, April 12th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church for the service on Saturday.
