Celebration of Life services for Mr. Franklin "Big Dukes" Deon Wesley Robinson of Tampa who passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, will be held on Saturday, November 8th, 11:00 a.m. at Grace Mary Missionary Baptist Church, 3901 N. 37th Street, Elder Dr. Thomas J. Reed, pastor officiating. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Franklin was born February 5, 1987 in Tampa, Florida. Franklin converted at an early age and was baptized at Grace Mary Missionary Baptist Church. He attended the local schools of Hillsborough County graduating from Blake High School. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, barbering, providing security services, dancing, and making people smile; he loved spending time with his children and truly appreciated life. Franklin was an Armed Security and Youth Detention Officer. He was preceded in death by family members, Frank and Rosa Black, Hardy Mungin, Elder Ronald Fields, Willianna Wright, Eugene Mungin and Sabrina Harris. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, November 7th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
