Genevieve was born on September 13, 1936, in Tampa, FL, to the late Joseph Tillman, Sr. and Georgina Alls.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leroy Booker; sister, Sarah Lee Alls-Owens; cousin, Josephin Watson; niece, Maryann Hines; and nephew, Terry Hines.

She leaves precious memories with her sisters, Maryann Alls, and Gloria Alls-Simmons (Patrick); brother, Joseph Tillman; special daughters, Yascara "Jackie" Rodriguez, and Marilyn Watkins; nieces, Dicie Hobson, Drenna Williams, and Vonete Gordon; nephew, Charles Hines, Darnell Williams, and Tony Lewis; great nieces and nephews, Zamara Williams, Alicia Ray-Geary, Willie Russ, Tercel Ashley, Franchesca Carter, Ranisha Bowden, Tyniqua Speight, Aaron Kirkland, Ashley Sanders, Angela Willis, Michael Ramsey, Philip Ramsey, Leroy Williams, Leriyea Williams, Donisha Williams, Myona Dixon, Timothy Jenkins, Sherece and Brandon Hines; special friend, Christine Stephen and the Walker family; and a host of great-great grand of nieces and nephews who love and miss her dearly.
