On Wednesday September 9, 2015 Mr. George Mark Williams Jr. passed away, after a long courageous battle with Cancer. George was born January 22, 1941 in Furman, SC to Verneise and George Williams Sr. The homegoing celebration will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on September 12, 2015, the viewing begins at 4:00 PM, and service at 5:00 PM. George was employed by Waste Aid in Tampa, Fl. He was creative and flourished in business development which gave way to serval business ventures in the service industry and contracting. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vermel Edwards (sister), Velvies and Benny Williams Sr. (brothers). He leaves to cherish his memories with his wife of 29 years, Beulah Williams; children Melanie (Shawn) Harmon, Gary (Kimberly) Williams, Reina (Darryl) Davis, Roderick Dennis-Smith, Nykole (Caranell) Parks, Tavon Williams, Georgette Jackson, Carlos D. Ramos, Markas (Tamika) Williams, Eryk Williams and Jarvis Williams; 17 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings Joe Frank Williams Albuquerque, NM; Dora (Jerry) Arazo Tampa, FL; Rudy Williams Tampa, FL; Arlester Williams (Wanda) Graceville, FL; sister-in-laws Jackie and Loretta Williams; brother-in-law Herbie Edwards and a host nieces, nephews, and friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Saturday one hour prior to the service.
