Ms. Geraldine Bogan Homegoing services for Ms. Geraldine Bogan of Riverview, who passed away on Friday, April 20, 2012, will be held on Saturday, April 28th, 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, Mr. Daniel Hedgeman, officiating. Interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery. Ms. Geraldine Bogan was born February 23, 1954 in Tampa, Florida. She enjoyed listening to music and dancing. Her family was very important to her and her son was her pride and joy; to her he was the best at everything and she loved him more than herself. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Bogan, Sr. and Emma McNish Bogan-Williams and siblings, Hazel Bogan-Leath, Gloria Bogan, Willie Bogan, Joseph Bogan and Russell Bogan. She will be missed dearly and her memories cherished by her son, Antonio Guia, Sr. and wife, Trina; grandchildren, Sy'Quorlia Green, Ian Baker, Jr., Shakiera Guia, Melville Findley and Antonio Guia, Jr.; great grandchild, Azariya Johnson; brothers, James Bogan, Jr., Henry L. Bogan, Sr., Frank Bogan, Gerald Bogan, Larry Bogan and Ronald Bogan; sister, Betty Viverette; sister-in-law, Jacquolin White Bogan; nieces, Sherria Douglas (Ronald), Sabrena Viverette, Shantae Bogan Dumas, Sharlene Viverette, Marlene and Eboni Bogan, Serena and Marilyn Leath; nephews, Henry L. Bogan, Jr., Edward Viverette, Willie Leath, Jeffery Viverette, Earl McKinley and Anthony Leath; great nieces, Jakeshia Young, Brighonette Douglas, Ambria Bogan, Jazzerey Viverette and Assiyria Bogan; great nephews, Marcus Young, Bruce Pressley, Jr., Robert McBride, Jr., Edward McBride, Sean Cook-Viverette, Jovan Viverette, Joshua Franklin, Ronnie Franklin, Antonio Mitchell, Earl Burke, Jabin Bogan, Traven Bogan and Daniel Bogan and a host of cousins, and sorrowing close friends. The viewing will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, April 27th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
