Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Geraldine M. Greene-Qualls of Tampa, FL who passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015 will be held Saturday, July 25th, 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th Street, Rev. Dr. Evan S. Burrows, pastor with Rev. Antonio Pringley pastor of Fruit of the Spirit Ministry as eulogist. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Geraldine was born February 12, 1948 in Tampa, Florida to the late Henry Herman Greene and Julia Mae Hall. She was a member of First Baptist Church of College Hill. Geraldine enjoyed cooking, couponing, photography and ministering and caring for others. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry H. Greene; brothers, James D. Golden and Jeffery L. Golden. She leaves to cherish her memories with son, Isaac W. Greene; daughters, Robbin M. Greene-Freeman and Charity I. Greene-Turner (Benjamin); granddaughters, Dominique A. Howard, Antonia S. Pandales-Mosquera, Ronniesha C. Cole and Sherreana Williams; grandsons, Charles L. Green III, and Isaac W. Greene, Jr.; honorary grandsons, Luis A. Pandales-Mosquera and Terrence B. Epps, Sr.; great grandaughter, Amari A. Burns: great grandsons, Terrence B. Epps, Jr., Torrance L. Epps, Carlos A. Gomez, Jovanni X. Green and Willie Dominic T. Flanning; nieces, Charlotte C. Wallace, Kimberly Green-Nelson, Shannon Sweeney, Zernoby Humphries-Crawford, Phoebe Humphries, Kernisha Dixon, Trina Dixon, Rochelle Brinson-Lewis, Gerilyn Green and Jefferia Golden, nephews, Stephen Newsome, Micheal Jackson, Derrick Gray, Gerald Greene, Jr., Ronnie Brinson, Micheal Wiggs, Isaiah Butler, Jeremy Green mother, Julia Mae Butler; brother, Gerald E. Greene; sisters, Juanita Wallace, Doris Greene-Humphries, Janiece Golden, Julzell Butler, Demetrius Jackson and Sharonda Dixon; aunts, Mary Agee and Murvine Greene-Pringley; uncles, Ernest Hall, Richard Murphy (Margurite), Rudolph Greene(Marie) and Isaiah Murphy (Ilene) ; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; devoted friend, Lauranell Mosley and Sheila Reed-Palmore and family; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends, special thanks to First Baptist Church of College Hill, our Tampa Park Family and our Central Park Family. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, July 24th from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
