Gloria was born on August 22, 1961, in Tampa, Florida, to Willie and Louise Wilson. She enjoyed worshipping the Lord, spending time with her family, and being a homemaker to her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Louise Wilson; and brother, Wayne Wilson.
