Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Gwenda J. Carson of Tampa, who passed away, Saturday, December 5, 2015 will be held Saturday, December 12th, 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Siani AME Zion Church, 2909 N. Nebraska Ave, Pastor Jimmy R. Caldwell, Sr, officiating. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeremiah and Rosa N. Carson and brother, Jeremiah Carson, Jr. She leaves to cherish her precious memories with her daughter, Ashley N. Noel (Wendy); grandchildren; Marcus J. Noel and Ashlynn R. Noel; sisters, Mary C. Johnson (Marion), Patricia A. Bates (Edward), Belinda J. Roberts and Stephanie G. Moore (Ernest); aunt, Althea Salter; uncle, James R. Carson; nieces, Michelle Bates, Ronecha Hickmon, Jackie Carson, Tiffany Judge, Jeronda Carson and Katrina House (Min. Alejandro); nephews, John Gray (Mary), Wendell Carson (Jamette), Terrence Bolds, Marcus Roberts (Stephanie) and Clifford Roberts; a host of cousins and other relatives and friends, Essie Williams and family, Willette Clem, Owens family, Lee family, Mt. Sinai AME Zion Church family, Tampa General Hospital co-workers, Middleton Senior High School c/o 1973. The visitation will be held at Mt. Sinai AME Zion Church Friday, December 11th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.
