Mr. Herman Lee Fulton Jr. known to many as "Peanut/Smooth P" passed peacefully in his sleep Sunday, December 14, 2025. He was born on March 19, 1969, in Tampa, Florida to Herman Lee Fulton, Sr. and Margaret Fulton. Herman was the eldest of five siblings. He grew up in Green Ridge Estates and was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County. Herman attended a day program called Project Return 5 days a week. He loved them and they loved him too. He loved spending time with his family, listening to his radio, working in his Search A Word Books and riding the sunshine line bus.

Herman was preceded in death by his father Herman Lee Fulton, Sr., and his brother, Sherrod Nicholas Hunter.

He leaves to cherish his fond memories: a devoted mother, Margaret Fulton; two sisters, Fredrita Fulton Blanks "Dee" and Sherrida Hunter; one brother, Horatio Fulton "Ray" (Crystal); one aunt, Nettie Todd; one uncle, Johnney Green; one niece, Arianna Jumpe; two nephews, Nosiah Fulton and Shawn Blanks; cousins, Melvin Brown (Gwendolyn), Lorenzo Brown (Stephanie), Wanda Beckam, Roosevelt Stephens, Jr., Andre Fulton (Shakita), Tymar Fulton, Bridget Wynn (Anthony), Tonya Heggs, Elviko Todd, Coley Todd (Valerie), DeeLores Reed (Roosevelt), Selecia Willis (Rodney), Shamika Jenkins and James Thomas; god sisters, Alexis Hutto and Sharita Benjamin; god brother, Xavier Norton; close family friends, Jade Sanchez, Barbara Baker, Wade West and Gabriel Narcis; and a host of other sorrowing relatives, family and friends.
