Mr. Herman C. Thompson of Tampa, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. Mr. Herman C. Thompson was born January 28, 1933 to the late Chester and Jean Thompson in Tampa, Florida. He attended the local schools of Hillsborough County. Mr. Herman C. Thompson was preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Demetrius Mormon and grandson, Lee Coward, Jr. He leaves to cherish his precious memories with his ex-wife and best friend, Barbara Allen; 4 children, Michael, Elizabeth, Tyna and Chevelle Thompson; 9 grandchildren, Caro (Kenneth) Nelson, Deron, Shannon, Dannon, Jeremy(Gabrielle) Gibson, Candance, Jerica, Jasper and Jamar; special friend, JD and hospice caregiver, Rick; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-grands, other relatives and friends. The family invite friends over fora homegoing celebration on January 14, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at 8709 N. River Forest Circle, Tampa FL 33604.
