Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Hipolito Padilla, III of Tampa who passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2011, will be held Saturday, November 12th, 2:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Jim and Gloria Vass, officiating. Hipolito was born December 18, 1985 in Ft. Myers. He attended schools in Pasco and Hillsborough counties. Hipolito enjoyed playing basketball, video games, rapping and listening to rap music and playing football. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Wilma Williams, great grandmother, Ollie Mae Nichols and grandfather, Jessie Beverly, Sr. He will be sadly missed and fond memories will be forever with his children, Zaniya and Ashley Padilla; father, Hipolito Padilla, Jr. and wife, Dinis; mother, Lisa Ann Rosier and husband, Shelley of Ft. Myers, FL; grandparents, Brenda Beverly of Ft. Myers, FL, Hipolito Padilla, Sr. and Bessie Padilla; sisters, Arielle and Alexa Rosier of Ft. Myers, FL; step-brother and sister, Ramere and Tremear Hayes; aunts, Marilyn L. Doston, Julia Robinson, Cynthia Davis, Wanda Starks, Cecelia Padilla and Janice Padilla; uncles, Tracey Beverly and wife JoAnna Beverly of Oklahoma City, OK, Jesse Beverly, Jr. of Ft. Myers, FL and Michael Doston; grand-aunt, Jackie Gibson of Ft. Myers, FL; great-uncle, Vernon Gibson, Sr. of Ft. Myers, FL cousins, Emily, Brene', and Joseph Beverly all of Oklahoma City, OK, Bernard Gordon, and wife, Jennifer of Ft. Myers, FL, Vernon, Cedric, and Clemmie Gibson of Ft. Myers, FL, Alicia Gibson-Alonzo and husband, Mark of Ft. Myers, FL, Candida Doston, Clifford Kelley, Terrance Doston, Melinda Williams and Darnell Williams; and a host of other cousins, other relatives and friends. The viewing will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
